維生素動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任馬秋剛/Director of the Laboratory of Nutrition and Animal Nutrition Ma Qiugang
動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)博士，中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動(dòng)物科技學(xué)院教授，博士研究生導(dǎo)師。主要承擔(dān)本科生“動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)”、碩士生“動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)SEMINAR”、研究生“家禽營(yíng)養(yǎng)與飼養(yǎng)管理（案例）”、“飼料安全與健康養(yǎng)殖”等課程。無(wú)公害農(nóng)產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證評(píng)審委員會(huì)委員，普通高等教育“十一五”國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材《動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)》參編，《科學(xué)自配蛋雞飼料》主編,《霉菌毒素與飼料食品安全》副主編等。主要研究方向?yàn)轱暳习踩⒌半u營(yíng)養(yǎng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要、畜禽產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)調(diào)控、綠色無(wú)公害飼料添加劑開(kāi)發(fā)等。
Ma Qiugang holds a doctorate in animal nutrition and serves as a professor and doctoral supervisor in the College of Animal Science and Technology at China Agricultural University.He is mainly responsible for courses like Animal Nutrition for undergraduates,Animal Nutrition SEMINAR for master’s degree candidates,and Poultry Nutrition and Feeding Management(case)and Feed Safety and Healthy Breeding for doctoral candidates.He is also a member of the Pollution-free Agricultural Products Certification and Review Committee,an editorial board member of Animal Nutrition,an Eleventh-five-year Planning Textbook for Regular Higher Education,the editor-in-chief of How to Mix Chicken Feed for Laying Hens Scientifically,and the associate editor-in-chief of Mycotoxins and Feed Safety.His researches are mainly about cover feed safety,nutritional requirements of laying hens,quality and nutrition control of livestock products,and development of pollution-free feed additives.
